“Shimmerous”
Yesterday I included a Marilyn Minter book I purchased as part of my new office scheme; today I wanted to post some of her latest photography. You may recognize her work from the Jimmy Choo XV campaign/book, the Harper’s Bazaar “On Fire” editorial last November, or on Gossip Girl. I’m a HUGE fan of how she continually reinvents her definition of the feminine edgy/sexy and isn’t afraid to experiment with different elements and techniques, always with a heavy dose of glam…

These are just too beautiful!
I seriously love these! I totally had seen her work on GG but didn’t know whose it was or how to even go about looking for it. Thanks for giving us the source!
I love her stuff since I saw it all in Laura Day’s work. I have the same book!

Love these! Very beautiful! I would be happy with the last one… or any of them
Wow, these are absolutely stunning. I love her fresh take on photography/paintings!! Thanks for sharing! XoXo
Some of her shots freak me out a little but these are perfection.
I can totally see that! Some of her work can be very gritty/bold, but I think that might be the point, right? Creating discomfort with the sheer rawness?
Very cool! Love the last one especially!
