Bridal Bliss in YELLOW

Color me happily-ever-after

I’ve been really bad about posting photos of goings-on with the stationery company I co-own, Wardrobe Stationery, so I thought I’d post some pics from a Palm Springs wedding back in September. Late I know, but they reminded me how much I love the color yellow and how happy I am to see it coming ’round again in time for spring!

Bridal Bliss in Yellow: the bride

PALM SPRINGS WEDDING
We worked with this lovely bride for her wedding at The Parker Palm Springs for pretty much every piece of paper from wedding invitations, to rehearsal dinner invitations, to guest welcome packets, to all of the reception pieces (there were so many cute pieces that unfortunately didn’t get photographed!). It’s such a blast for us to work with the bride from the beginning, to see the whole concept for an event, and make suggestions based on the ideas. I love how open she was to mixing and matching patterns, instead of every piece being identical. And lucky for us, the bride was already working with the major talent La Partie. Take a look at the final result! Aren’t these shots by photographer Rachel McGinn just so fun?

Aren’t you just a little perkier now? Yellow is definitely one of our favorite colors to work with — it’s so fun and vibrant, especially in a sunny shade:
